2. Information We May Collect

Information you choose to send us

When you use the Request a Quote form, we receive the details you enter: your name, company name, business email address, country and, if you provide it, your phone number; the products you select with a quantity and unit for each; and any packaging preferences, product specifications, delivery timeframe, destination country, destination port, city or location and message you add.

When you use the form on our Contact page, we receive your name, business email address, enquiry type and message and, if you provide them, your company name, country, phone number and product of interest.

If you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the information you include in that communication, together with the contact details it is sent from.

The forms do not accept file uploads. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your enquiry.

Information collected automatically

When a form is submitted, our enquiry service uses the sender's IP address to limit repeated submissions. It keeps only a scrambled (hashed) form of the address with the times of recent submissions, and removes entries once they are more than ten minutes old, the next time a form is used. The address itself is not stored and is not included in the enquiry email.

Like any website, this site is delivered by a hosting provider whose systems process technical information needed to serve pages, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. Our enquiry service's own logs record whether an enquiry was delivered and its reference, not the content of the form.

This website does not use analytics or advertising tools, and it does not set cookies. See the Cookies section below.

3. How We Use Information

To receive, review and respond to your enquiry or message.
To understand the products, quantities, specifications and destination you are interested in.
To protect the website and its forms against spam and abuse.
To meet legal obligations that apply to us.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We use the information in an enquiry to deal with the enquiry you chose to make. Where the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 applies, this is the processing of personal data that you have voluntarily provided for that purpose. Other laws may also apply, depending on where you are and how you contact us.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking technologies.

While you fill in the Request a Quote form, your browser keeps an unsent copy of your entries in its session storage, so that they are not lost if you visit another page. This copy stays on your device, is not sent to us until you submit the form, and is removed when you close the browser tab or when your enquiry is submitted successfully.

Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, and the home page loads a 3D graphics library from the cdnjs content delivery network. When your browser requests these files, those services receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details. More detail is in our Cookie Policy.

Enquiry information is handled by the service providers that operate the website and our email, for the purposes described above:

Website hosting: Hostinger, which hosts the website and runs the enquiry service.
Email delivery: Resend, which delivers each form submission to our business mailbox as an email.
Email mailbox: Google, which provides the mailbox at nexoverseas01@gmail.com where enquiries are received.

We may also disclose information where we are required to do so by law or by a competent authority.

7. International Transfers

The service providers listed above operate internationally. Information you send through this website may therefore be processed and stored outside India, including in the United States.

8. Data Retention

Enquiries reach us as emails in our business mailbox. We have not yet adopted a fixed retention period; enquiry emails remain in the mailbox until they are deleted. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time using the details in section 14.

9. Data Security

The website is configured to be served only over encrypted HTTPS connections. Every form submission is checked again on the server, and the credentials used to send enquiry emails are kept on the server rather than in the website's code. No method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may be entitled to ask for information about the personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct, complete or update it, to ask us to erase it, and to raise a grievance about how it has been handled.

To make a request, contact us using the details in section 14. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

You can choose not to submit a form and contact us by email or phone instead, and you can clear your browser's stored data at any time.

11. Children

This website is intended for businesses and professional buyers, not for children. It has no age-verification system. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us so that we can delete it.

12. Third-Party Websites

This website links to other websites and services, including Google Maps, WhatsApp and Wikimedia Commons, where our product photographs are credited. Those websites are operated by other organisations under their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle information.
